1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made by the customer, including but not limited to subscription fees, access fees, and any other applicable charges, are strictly non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

The customer may terminate their access to the platform at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to CT ALGO. However, no refunds shall be issued for any unused portion of the service.

3. Termination by CT ALGO

CT ALGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion in the event of:

• Breach of Agreement: Violation of the terms outlined in the service agreement.
• Unlawful Use: Engaging in any illegal activities using the platform.
• Unauthorized Modification: Attempting to reverse-engineer, replicate, or distribute the platform.
